I need an ECNR stamp. I am only 12th grde pass. What i the procedure please advise?

Recently the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of India have been simplified the criteria for granting ECNR status. Contact the passport office with the attested copies of your educational certificate (matriculation is enough) if you are in India or the Indian embassy if you are abroad.
