I has quad aces after the flop (2 in my hand and 2 on the board) one of the aces was of hearts. I went all in and was called by someone who had QJ of hearts guess what the turn was 10 H and the river K H.
So I saw a Royal and Quads on the same hand and lost to someone who had a 3% chance to win after the flop.

Playing on-line I have gotten royal flush a couple times. Playing live games my top hand would be 4 kings. Never seen a royal in a live game but have seen a few straight flushes.

I've had one Royal while using both hole cards and quite a few royals and straight flushes. That was back when I was playing 8 tables at once on Party Poker so I saw a LOT of hands.

I've had one. It was pathetic though. I won a dollar pot off it... :P
Had four a kind As, Ks, Qs, 8s and 4s.
Was dealt a straight flush... in 2-7 Triple Draw. :P
Have been dealt 2 straights and 1 flush in 5 card draw. Received 4 of a kind 8s in 5 card draw as well.
Bear in mind, this is all online, so we're talking about a much higher quantity of hands than in live play. In live play the best hand I've had is Queens full of fours, though just a week ago I saw four a kind deuces. It was that guy's first hand ever in poker, so I think it's safe to say he's hooked.

I'm not sure what kind of Hold 'Em you are talking about, but I have gotten a Royal Flush more than once on a regular table game in Las Vegas poker room. I'm not sure if you are talking about online, because I don't do that.

Greetings! In a POGO hold'em game, I got a straight flush that stopped at a K, but didn't get the A. I don't remember ever seeing a royal flush. Take care.

True story:
I was fiddling around with a deck of cards when I was bored one day. I sat on th floor and called my dog over, and asked if she wanted to play me a hand of poker, 'cause everybody knows dogs can play poker, right? (My girlfriend was watching, I'm not a crazy person who has conversations with his dog) I dealt out us each a holdem hand, and flipped them over like she went all in. She had KJ suited. I dealt out the flop, turn and river correctly (with burn cards). Wouldn't you know it, the b*tch hit a Royal Flush on the river.
So don't ever say,"Dogs can't play poker!" 'cause it might come back to bite you in the a**.
Seriously though, I've hit a royal a couple times online. Never got a big payday from it though.

I got the royal flush in hearts on the turn in NLHE. Between the board and my hole cards, I had the AKQJT9 of hearts.
