Unless someone has been doing a little "backyard engineering" this truck was only available with a 300 6-cylinder, a 302 V-8 or 351 Windsor engine.

Windsor would be right

you can spot a Cleveland by the thermostat in the block and also by the vertically bolted fuel pump. valve covers are different too

"the Cleveland engine plant was used solely for engines in the 385
series family... 351M/C, 400M they are easily identified by the water neck
bolting to the BLOCK not the intake... if the water neck attaches to the
intake it is a Windsor plant engine."

The quickest way to spot a windsor from a cleveland is that a winsdor has the top radiator thermostat housing come from the inlet manifold and the cleveland has it from the bock. Other differences too, but that is the most obvious.

If the fuel pump is mounted on the timing cover it's a windsor, on the block it's a cleveland.

find the number on the block. It's actually a part number. then you can look it up or ask your ford dealer parts department to look it up for you.
