3 months back i underwent surgery for atrophic right kidney and mega ureter.?

Now that i know that i have only one side of my urinery system what precautions should i take?(iam female , 17 yrs)

lots of people have 1 kidney. keep track of how often you pee and what color it is. steer clear of ibuprofen (motrin) cocaine meth and gettin kicked or stabbed on your left side.
