Since you completed three years, there is a presumption of service aggravation of your condition, even though it existed prior to entry. There will be a medical board report. It will be sent on to the Central Physical Evaluation Board for a recommended disability rating. If you accept their findings, the whole process will probably take 45-60 days and you will stay ashore for that whole time.

depends on when you get sent to the med-discharge board, and when all the paper work is done. it could take as little as a month.. or as long as a year.. just depends on how fast the chain works where you are. It's different for everybody. I know a female that's up for med-board for her back or feet or something.. not exactly sure what it is.. but she's non deployable, and i have no clue what she's doing now while we deploy. It might take longer just because of the deployment.. but it's been going on for atleast 6 months now. So you never know exactly how long it will take. Good luck though!!

somnambulism is really not all that common. meaning sleep walking is over-diagnosed. all those people who had killed their spouse in their sleep, had multiple sleep studies and were found to not have any of these kind of actions. anytime they made movements, based on their eeg, or brainwaves, they were awake, you cannot fake sleep, with a sleep tech. it may get you out of the navy, but do not carry the diagnoses with you, without a formal sleep study, documenting your sleep walking.
