In the USA, any and all criminal arrests, misdemeanor or felony, will stay on your permanent Criminal History Report (CHR)record housed in the FBI's NCIC files forever.
They never go away unless you go through the time, expense and long legal process of trying to get it expunged from your CHR.
Contact an attorney and they can explain the process of applying to get a criminal record / arrest / conviction expunged.

In Oklahoma a person who knowingly creates a disturbance ie loud music after or before 11pm either on their property or in a vehicle under their immediate control commits the offense of disturbing the peace. Or any other act by which public order and safety might be disturbed constitutes this offense such as an act in which a violent response to said action is likely to ensue.

charlesyeh - You are right; much bad information is given out, but US law does not apply everywhere, especially on a UK website.
