In my opinion they are just feet. There is nothing special about them. If a woman were to dress fancy or average even, the feet may be the last thing noticed. If a woman were to dress in lawn-care appropriate outfit, I usually look at the shoes to see if they have well kept shoes to know if maybe they are doing work and not just full of problems.

here's a good summary to this: Guys first take a once over look then look at the two biggest things on a womens body. which usually is boob1 and boob2 if they're average or slightly so, then it's they're boobs and @ss (though not that big) if they're slender/ or athletic. So unless your feet're bigger than either of the two, you're good.
