Killing an old man poking a broom stick, killing a derainged homeless lady waving a screw driver, etc. All done under the guise of their life being in danger or for some other reason.

It's not a matter of using unjust force, it's a matter of using deadly force when you don't really have to. When the police can retreat to safety from their perceived life threatening danger. That 13 yr old boy shot was just sitting in a car rolling backwards at about 3 mi/hr. All the cop had to do was to step aside.

From what I am reading here, you are looking for situation where YOU think that the police used unjust force.

Let me tell you this. I have been a cop a long time. A 13 years old with a gun can kill you as quick as a 30 year old with a gun. Also, I have seen people killed with screw drivers, bats, shovels and various other "tools".

If someone arms themselves, and threatens the police then they get exactly what they deserve.

OKC, Okla., an unarmed, cuffed, homeless lady tased 3 times to the temple & 2 in the jugular. She died that night. Oakwood, Okla., a fleeing man had driven 50 mi. or so trying to elude. When he bailed the cop says he strugglew with him for his gun. The cop shot himself in the knee & the perp was shot in the back. He was unarmed. OKC again, a cop fired 2 shots at a snake in a tree, 1 bullet ricocheted and killed a 5 yr. old boy who was fishing about 100yds. away. These all happened here within the last few months.

Quidpro.. Explain exactly what you would do under the same exact circumstances. Did the person that called this in do it just to watch the police go to the safety of their vehicle and hide? What do they do after they hide safely? Did this make the problem go away?

Have you ever done or been on any call like this? Walk a mile in their shoes and then give some learned answers and not hypothetical or " good" solutions on paper.
