There's this guy in school I met three weeks ago. We sit next to eachother in science. We didn't really talk. But, the the first week of school we had a Church dance and while I was at it, he asked me to dance. Several times actaully. I said yes, because your not supposed to say "no". Plus, it was the nice thing to do. I found we're both in the same religion and such.
And now, he really really likes me. He walks me to class, encourages me, and has invited me to do things with him... Now don't get me wrong, he's really nice, and I like him as a friend, but I just don't feel that way about him. There's no butterflies in my stomach or anything.
I'm not sure what to do, we aren't going out, but I can tell he definately likes me, he's flirting and talking to me and such. I want to know the easiest way to hint at him that I'm not interested, without totally breaking his heart.

Just tell him that you like him as a friend and want to remain friends with him, but that your feelings don't go any farther than that. Tell him that you are telling him this because you think that because of the way he acts, you wonder if maybe he might be interested in a dating relationship and that you're not interested in that.
It will feel uncomfortable in the beginning but will feel better after you and he talk. It's the kindest thing you can do for him.

just tell him it will make you feel better in so many ways because if you dont then you're just leading him on and if you want to stay friends with this you have to tell him now before he tries to do something else and both of you might end up getting hurt

either tell him the truth in private some time, just tell him how you two wouldnt work and you just dont have any feelings for him. but say you dont want it to hurt your friendship with him because you really enjoy your time with him (if thats true).
or plan b:
tell him you like someone else , sorry. but that may leave him thinking, "if she didnt like that someone else, would she like me?"

go out with him make him spoil you untill hes in the red ink and dont give him any play just keep spending his $$$$$$$$ thats hows hes gonna learn dont go for the chicks that dont like you for you just being you...moneys not everything but it helps you to learn things where you wont make the same mistake again....i know this from my own lessons from chasing girls that dont really like you but they use you and tease you...but really just make it really clear that you met someone and you guys are hitting it off. thats the best thing to do if your not in the evil mood to teach him a costly lesson..

The longer you wait, the harder it'll be. Talk to him when you get the chance and let him-- you only like him as a friend. I've said that to girls before with GREAT success. Just don't be a jerk like "God... I On-lay like U as a FRIENDD!" all smacky and just walk away. ha try to be somewhat sympathetic..
If you don't want to do that, you could act like a loser around him. I don't mean a jerk who is mean and a loser-- I mean when you're around him tell him you like to collect different types of glue (glitter glues... hot glue... elmer's glue... rubber cement...) or something crazy weird like that.

Well, just say to him your a good bud to me. and a pat on the back then walk away. That gives him a hint that you are good friends but you dont like him. Just be clam and gentle.

Tell him you found a boyfriend. If you wish you can add that you cannot go out with him anymore because you are not going to cheat on your boyfriend..

Oh idk.....why dont u just tell him u just want to be friends! Its not that difficult ppl....trust me he will appreciate it more if u stopped wasting his time and effort by telling him how u really feel.

If he just act as your friend, it's okay.
If he do further things for you, you may just tell him " Let's be friends", i think that's enough and he will get your message.
