I think you're on to something. He's probably mad at us because we elected Bush a second time.
Edit: Yep, it's me. :-P

The Universe is Infinite and Unlimited. Mankind is an Energy Force. It is up to you to fill yourself up with the Infinite, and then help many others along the way. We all must tap into this energy source called The Universe.
That will make you - and everyone - worthy of the Jesus the Messiah.
I suggest reading Wallace Wattles.

That's exactly it! We are NOT worthy of God's love, but He gives it freely.
If you read the Bible, you'll see that the world has always been sinful and selfish. Read Judges for example. Over and over, it has the phrase "and the people did what they thought was right in their own eyes." That is where society still is. We think we can do whatever we want, as long as we can justify that it's okay.
Jesus made a promise that He will return. But He also let it be known that when He returns, it will be a much different return.

I understand your perspective, but that is ridiculous. The fact of our mankind having messed up so much doesn't matter; Jesus isn't coming back for those who didn't follow him. Only for believers, and when Adam and Eve ate the fruit, that is why we sin so it's not like it was something we somehow did on our own.. the amounts of it i agree are becoming a bit ridiculous in nonchristians but also in christians too. But Jesus loves us even as screw ups. He'll come back. Why would he lie? You just have to keep faith and spread Jesus' love
God Bless & i hope this helped

If you want an honest answer, I'll probably be the right one to tell you. I've never been one to sugar-coat things. =)
It's true, humanity as we know it is on a road of self-destruction, look at what goes on in the world, murder, war, rape, cheating and worse.
Your higher-being (Jesus and God) may forgive the "sins" of humanity, but they may not.
The truth is, you will never know until the time has come.
The reason I say "your higher being" is because, I'm spiritual, but I don't really have a specific faith or belief.
But, I can tell you this.
The Bible clearly says God will love his children no matter the damage they have done.
My best advice to you, worry about your present time in life, don't worry about the future.

We always mess up. He is coming not only to save the righteous, but to also give the wicked their just reward. That has always been a part of the plan. Jesus is waiting for all to make a decision. In fact, He delays His coming so that can happen.

We're not worthy, which is the whole point of Him coming in the first place. I'd say it's just more reason for Him to come back.

If You stop asking this type of question, We might have a chance. So You are the key to His second coming. Just don't mess up His trip and We will give You a discount ticket of your unworthiness so that You might have a chance to tag along with us to Heaven. Deal ?

Silly, would you spend all this time (ages) on something you would think not worthy? Just because some of us are slow learners, does not mean he is going to give up on us.
