We have been rude and abtrasive towards each other and in a racist way(me being asian and her being iranian)but she will still try to pass my way be polite and cordal wantb my attention and things of that nature.I apoligized for my behavior that i gave to her numerous times and she's smiled warmly at me because of it,but i haven't really interacted with her becauseof incidents of the past ,but she is still doing thesethings.Why?

Because she doesn't want to keep on fighting old wars. If she's being friendly then open up to her. You're both human beings. Your origins, religion, colour etc. cannot lessen your joint basic humanity.
Grow up and stop being such a pillock.
Why not forgive and forget your old fights. Being friends is so much more rewarding. You don't have to be sexual about it if it makes you uneasy, just enjoy each others company.
Incidentally, racist abuse is illegal whoever is doing it so you should moderate that before you get into trouble with the law.

Race, country of origin,gender etc. are differences to be celebrated, not used against each other. We are all human beings of the same species.
From your attitude I would imagine that the racist abuse was mostly a one way thing. She is trying to behave like a human being but you are putting up barriers.
You fancy her anyway or you would not be asking this question.
It sounds like she fancies you. Just let things take their course.

Why do you keep asking the same question. Same answer - she is being polite. It would be more useful to you if you looked at your own behaviour. If you like her ask her out. If not just be polite back. There does not have to be a reason to be polite.
