Should I do more sit ups like 300 so I can get more exhausted because I don't get exhausted at 150. I also eat protein and all the other things I need to get ripped but I don't get ripped.

Doing hundreds of crunches per day is useless. I will tell you that right now, the abs are just like any other muscle and require rest to recover and grow. All you need are 4 sets of 25, each set must contain a different exercise that targets a different area of your abs. (Upper and lower, right and left obliques) I would recommend if you want getting a swiss ball to increase your range of motion and a medicine ball to increase the difficulty but thats up to you. Also try to fit in at least 30+ minutes of cardio because during the first 30 minutes all your burning is stored energy your body has from food it ate recently. Afterwards is when you start to metabolize the fat on your body. Diet and cardio are more important to revealings abs than working the muscles underneath the fat.

Simple tips for dieting

1) Eat most whole grain products, they keep you fuller for longer.

2) Eat fruits and yogurts instead of candy, cookies, ice cream, chips for snacks

3) Eat more lean protein (chicken, fish, turkey) instead of red meats (pork, beef)

4) Split your 3 meals into 5-6 meals, it keeps your metabolism up all day.

you have to have low body fat percentage to see your abs- sit ups dont burn any fat - all they do is build muscle UNDERneath the belly fat.
To achieve that do cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min and some light weight training a few times a week (sit ups 15-25reps 2-4 sets 2-3 times a week - if you can do more easily you are doing them wrong - muscle grows in between workouts while you rest)
diet is 80% fat loss - so make sure you create just a slight deficit in daily caloric intake, make healthy food choices, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

God some people are dumb...not u man..the people above...ur 11 years old, and if im guessing right u havnt even started puberty...its near impossible to get a decent set of abs at that age because u have very little testosterone (which is released when u mature) which allows muscle growth

dude, give it some time
rome wasnt built in a day
also make sure you are doing those sit ups correctly
if you can do 150 nonstop without getting tired then you are probably doing then in an incorrect form

Dude, I'm eleven. And I wonder that too. I do 100 situps and 100 pushups everyday. Then in about a month you gonna see some improvements.
