Everything will make you fart. But some things make you fart more. Farting is the sign of a healthy digestive system. Farting happens when gases build up from foods while the body is breaking the food down for nutrients.

Eat whatever heathy things you want to eat. Try to fart only in noisy rooms and blame the smelly ones on the dog.

When they sneak out with a BANG! Learn the fine art of "Excuse me!" or duck and run.

Bottom line: Farts happen.
If they're the worst thing that ever happens to you, count yourself lucky.

I agree that farting is good for you. In fact, I eat Fiber One fart bars every day. Well, they're not actually called fart bars, they're Fiber One chewy bars. But seriously, fiber is good for you if you are trying to lose weight-it fills you up. We are supposed to get like 25 grams at least of fiber a day. And if you have really stinky nasty farts, it can help you get through the checkout line at Walmart faster. Or till your system gets used to all that fiber-chew some gas-ex pills.

Some of the things that cause the most farting are beans, broccoli, cabbage, raw apples, milk and raisins.

Everybody flatulates. A high-fat diet produces the worst odors and the most flatulence.
