You have 2 options here. After you wash your face really well, soak a cotton ball in hydrogen peroxide-squeeze out over zit-soak another cotton ball in alcohol-squeeze over zit.
Hopefully this will work.
You can also try using a small piece of duct tape, just apply over zit before bed.

ok what i would do is wash the pimple with HOt water...then put some toothpaste over it, and sleep like that. in the morning wash it off and it shall be a little better.
