I was going to take some tylenol 3 for my migraine, but I just noticed that they are outdated (march this year). I got them for my headaches while I was pregnant. I don't have anything else I can take in the house, but I don't want to make myself worse. Will it be okay to take them?

I would recommend that if you have a headache, you go get get something for it. I would not recommend taking out of date medication, especially a controlled medication. Out of date medication can cause a very bad allergic reaction, also the medication will not work properly for your headache as it should, and you may end up with a worse headache on top of it to. I personally had a family member who had a prescription for a medication, well she kept in in her bedroom drawer, anyhow a while had passed and she ended up needing it. She went in tere and took it, not realizing it was expired. Well within a few minutes she was having trouble breathing, she was rushed to the hospital ( a hour away), she is luckily still alive, (Thank God!), but these things (accidents) happen all the time because people think it is okay to take medication even if it is only alittle over the expired date, thinking nothing is going to happen, well one day something may happen. I would not even recommend taking a tylenol or an aspirin if it were expired. Controlled medications can do more harm to you though I think than over the counter medications. If you feel like you can go to the store to get something else, maybe you can call or ask someone to go for you. Try a cool cloth to your forehead also. I hope you feel better.

They're fine to take but the efficacy may be a little less than when in date. I use to work for a pharmaceutical company and our products were good for 1 year after the expiration date...just for the situation you describe.

Personally I wouldn't take them. At best they may do nothing at all but it may be worse than that.
I know in Australia (were i live) we have best before and use by dates on products.
Best before means you can use it after that date but it may not taste as good or be as effective. use by means that after that date it may be unsafe to use.

it must be something as intense as parvo--has your dogs been completely vaccinated? what type of flea drugs did you employ? If it replaced into an over the counter type such as you ought to get interior the food market, or walmart, then definite, a number of those have been ordinary to make canines very ill. the two way, prolonged vomiting is intense, and he or she ought to circulate to the vet.

That depends on how old and what it is. Some items like ones that have to be mixed before you get them have a short shelf life. others are long but its not a good idea if you have any choice at all
