Fair Chase = any way that you take or harvest an animal that is legal, ethical and gives the animal a sporting chance. This means that a hunter may not use any means necessary to kill, but only those mean within the legal limits for the animal which he or she is hunting. As far as ethics is concerned, that is a more grey area. What is ethical to me may not be to you and vice versa. Check out this website that really tells it like it is and gave me a good idea of what hunting should be.

mikes has it for the fair chase!
Bag limits are how many are legally able to be taken at any given time then there is possesion limit!
size is what length can be taken!
How many go back to bag and possesion limits!
Dog hunting is just that the use of dogs to help in the legal chase of game ie bird, deer, hog or coon hunting!

Or as we say in the UK, a sporting chance.
Your questions are not specific enough to give a proper answer, but:
A/ Bag limit depends on what you are shooting, where pigeon are concerned, and you are shooting to protect crops, there is no limit.
B/ Size of what? Gun? Dog? Feet?
C/ What is sporting for one thing is not sporting for others, i.e. it is OK to shoot foxes and rabbits using a spotlight, but not for ducks, pheasant etc
D/ Some game can only be hunted with dogs.

it means the "game" can run and be free...hide just like its spoze to. it means not hunting with dogs ( duck hunting with dogs is ok ) not hunting over bait or spot light it means not takeing a baby or a mom with its baby it means being fair!
and if that means you miss that big ol buck...then so be it.
