they do serve alcohol on planes but they are kinda costly probably around 5.00 dollars a pop. if not more. i don't think that there is a limit but they will stop serving you if they see that you are inibriated. i wouldn't get drunk on a long flight.hate the hangovers..... better off taking your mp3 player and go to sleep that way you are fresh and ready to go when you get to your destination

Depending on the airline, drinks are anywhere from $5.00 on up, except for 1st class passengers, which are complimentary ( one of the reasons they paid $200 more for that seat ).
Each airline has a limit as to how many drinks can be served or sold to a passenger within a certain time frame. On a particular long flight recently, I asked to purchase 4 of the small bottles of liquor, which would have lasted the 5 hour flight. The attendant told me that she could only sell me 2 in a 90 minute period. So I would have to wait another hour and a half before I could buy the other 2.
Not sure how they can monitor each passengers intake, but they must have a policy to avoid the liability involved in allowing a passenger to get drunk.

Most airlines serve alcohol throughout the flight and, yes, there is usually a charge (around $5.00 a drink.) I caution you, getting drunk because you are nervous is a stupid thing to do. If there is some kind of emergency, the crew needs you alert not in a drunken stupor and if there isn't an emergency, then you have nothing to be scared of! The minis on airplanes are actually a shot and a half and because of the lower concentration of oxygen in the air you breathe, the alcohol affects you twice as quick - two drinks in the air equals four on the ground. If you are flying international, and you are inebriated on landing, you may not be allowed in the destination country. If you cause problems on board, you can be arrested on federal charges. Be smart.

they will serve you at whatever time, as long as you dont become intoxicated. drinks average $5. if you are drunk before you may not be able to fly, and if you get drunk and obnoxious onboard, you could land yourself in serious trouble. remember the alcohol goes to your head faster at 36,000 ft. There is no reason to be nervous. Take a sleeping pill and be done with it.

Yes they do, and if you're on an international flight on most airlines the drinks are complimentary, even in economy class. But if you get too drunk or the flight attendant thinks you've had too many, they will cut you off. Have fun, but don't let them think you're having too much fun.

They serve alcohol on most airlines. However, if you are too drunk and start to become troublesome, you can run into some trouble.
