When I had my wisdom teeth removed (right before my 21st birthday), I woke up groggy and tired. The only blood I can remember was on the gauze in my mouth. Make sure you get plenty of sleep the night before and have a lot of soft foods ready whenever you get home (mashed potatoes were my favorite and sorbet). I thought I wouldn't want to eat, but by the time I got home I was starving. Good Luck (its not as bad as it sounded :-)

Since you are a gothic gal, I'm afraid to inform you that you will wake up without any blood smeared all over your face. However, blood will seep for several hours afterwards and the doctor will probably give you gauze to help absorb it.

No. Just one half of your mouth is going to be extremely numb and you're going to ahve to eat mushing, pasty foods for the rest of the day.

No they clean you up good, its still very uncomfortable afterwards tho. Took me 3 days before I could eat again.

Mouth guards. They will not prevent you from grinding your teeth but prevent damage to your teeth when you grind. See your dentist.

no, no, no blood nothing will be left for you to see everything will be done and you won't notice anything until you look inside your mouth.
