You can file assault charges but you'd have to prove it.

Talk with your parents first. Maybe the next time call the police on her. She has no right to hit you. Take legal action. Did you do something that bad??? I'm glad to here that you have held back from hitting her. That takes a lot of self control. (that also looks better if you call the police and or take legal action.) Best of luck to you.

If she's hitting you, it's assault. If you don't want to cause a complete nightmare for your family by calling the cops, then make it clear to auntie that you are not going to put up with it any more. Just do not, under any circumstances, hit her back. Most likely she's going to have a lot more physical evidence than you will and would win any kind of court case. If she's actually leaving marks on your body, then it's probably time to call the cops. If not, then just stand up to her and make it clear to her than any further abuse will have consequences.

Tell her you appreciate her helping your mother and family and that creates a lot of stress. I will try to follow the rules of the house whenever possible. The one rule is no hitting. If I am hit again I will hit back harder. If you have a problem lets discuss it and resolve it like intelligent people.

Uh mm well your fudged, well your living in her house so would it be right for you to do something about it. Well theirs not much you can do i don't think any one in your family would like that plus the will probably would start talking baloney that you can appreciate her letting them stay at her house. But maybe you can approach her in her rights to hit you. I mean like what you said shes not related to you by blood. I suggest you wait till you a couple of years older to confront her but for now why don't you seek you parents help. Uh mm well good luck try to avoid her...

Child abuse is a serious accusation, call a hot line or call Law enforcement, but by doing this it leaves your mother in a bad light and possibly no where to stay ,discuss this with your mom and see what she says,,, you may have to MAN up for mom and not stress her to much (does`nt sound like she needs that right now) ,try not to bother them to much,,I don't think they want you there any way,,,,,dude be cool and take care of your mother no matter what,,,you get only one,,,Mr,Goodnight..

Simmer down dude ! Even if she is a ***** as you say you should not push back at someone in their own home, it just is not the "class" way to handle the situation. Your mom will probably get it together to find a new place before too long. You should try to stay out of her way until then. Be cool about it .

it incredibly is comprehensible which you're ashamed, even though it incredibly is cowardly to ward off dealing with the end results of your strikes. make an apology on your aunt, cousin, and mom. Then join an alcohol dependancy software - in case you get inebriated adequate to no longer bear in mind your strikes, or in case you get inebriated adequate to alter into violent, then you definately've a eating subject and could desire to handle it on the instant.

Explain this to your parents in front of her, let it be heard, and if they dont do anything about it, then talk to the police about it, and so on and so forth.. No child should get hit for any reason..And especially from there aunt... I would call dcf as well, and let them know.
