Well yes there are paranoid people, there are whiners, and there are some in life that just want attention. I know a person who has a heart of gold but bitches all the time about helping people. These people never asked for help in the first place. Some people just like to hear themselves talk. Hell the world is out to get us all. Life's a ***** and then you die. Paranoid people should seek help because it could be debilitating. Whiners should be told to shut up and people who want attention should be ignored. The problem is knowing which is which.

Could be a form of paranoia, or just self-pity.
When people think the world is out to get them, their belief often becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Such people inadvertently make targets of themselves.

Paranoid schizophrenic? But in order to be diagnosed with a mental disorder it has to be severe enough to disrupt daily life in a big way...otherwise it's just an annoying quirk lol..

Your question is a little vauge, but I would have you look up "borderline personality disorder" or BPD. See if the list of those symptoms match your friend

Sure, persecutory delusions or paranoia. Also, it could just be depression; seeing everything in a negative way.
