I think you look okay, but not jaw-dropping gorgeous. But looks don't matter as much to women. True confidence (not *********), being secure in yourself, and being attentive and genuine matter to women. They're not looking for games or great pickup lines. They're looking for guys they feel comfortable with who are also "winners".

If you want an honest answer, you found the right person. You look okay. Not drop dead gorgeous or anything like that. And maybe you sounded arrogant and cocky when you spoke to the girl, which is why she brushed you off. Girls like humble men. Not egotistic, self-centered guys who we can spot almost right away, thanks to our intuition. Scrutinize your personality. If you think you're head is as big as Texas and there's ego flying all over the place, then try being humble..

Your not ugly, other people have different likings, some tall dark handsome, and some white and skinny, it all depends on what you think.
