Well, the first thing you do is get her attention (but not anything stupid or noisy) then whenever she looks at you smile. If you have trouble with your smile try practicing in the mirror. Then to spark things up have a conversation with her (some guys like to ask other girls/guys what her interests in and compare them with yours.) Once you have conversations with her start sitting by her, but remember don't do anything freaky like stalk her, or sit by her every wear, because then she'll get really freaked and annoyed.
