About 20% less than Computer/Electrical Engineering students make right out of Harvard.

Yale?? Curious choice for that major. If you are not enrolled, look around for a more well known school in that field. Back East, M.I.T. would be good. Dartmouth used to be (they invented the BASIC language). Out West, go for U.C. Berkeley or Stanford.

as far as I can tell an EE graduate is not capable of making a company anything useful for at least the first year, so they don't make much, 35 to 50 is what i have seen. if it is also your hobby, so that you actually know enough, I have seen 60+ within the first year.
