Go out with me or I'll kill your dog (or other important person).
Works everytime. Only once though, then the police show up, she moves, no girls will ever talk to you again. And that one date is usually pretty bad, so it's not worth it.
Really, if she's not into you, there is absolutely nothing you can say to changer her mind.

would you like to go out
either you have the confidence to say it with conviction
or you don't
and if she is hot
a back handed compliment thrown in works well
