We've all been there at some point. Your mind is running away from you because you are subconsciously allowing it. Stop yourself ~ I know this sounds corny but breathing and meditation can help. Pick something that you enjoy doing and focus! If you really like her approach her keeping in mind that she is the same as you; a living breathing human. If she is not meant for you it will take some doing but you will get over her. One day you'll remember this with a smile, maybe even a laugh.

Don't worry about it. It's completely normal. You may dream about chocolate or something, but that's never bothered you before, right? So don't worry, and try to focus your thoughts on something else before you go to bed, if you don't want them.
