I would simply reboot the computer and delete the folder the program is in. Not quite the way I would go. But i have had to resort to such tactics in the past and it's worked.

Afterwards. run a registry cleaner program. That should get rid of problems relating to that program.

Go to the start button and click, then go to Control Panel and click, then find the ADD/Remove icon and double click on that. A window will come up and show you all the programs you have on your computer, select the one you don't want and click on the remove button, it should uninstall. If not you can try a great program called Advanced Windowscare Personal edition version 2.51, you can find it at downloads.com, do a search to find it, it will remove all the junk files and clean out your Registry and also protect you from Malware and Spyware, it's a great program and it's free for the Personal Edition. Good luck, Carl

back click on the program and choose "delete". It tell u that deleting th link will not completly delete the program. It will also give u a link wher u can go to delete the program. once in the programs folder go to the program and click "uninstall" or whatever the option is below it.

If you know the date that you first installed the offending program you can go to Start-All Programs-Accessories-System Tools-System Restore. Pick a date before the install and everything will be restored.

Delete the folder. But the space from the hard disk may never be recovered except for reformat.
