This guy Sam Chachoua is NOT a real doctor. He is someone who is forced to operate in countries like Mexico because there he can operate without oversight and procedure. Chachoua is a quack. A moron who injects himself with Charlie Sheen's HIV infected blood. He is crazy.

he probably got tired of the 9 year old questions being asked, it's amazing but more than half of the questions can answered just by googling
