I had a dream That I killed a old friend of Mine . After he was dead . I started swimming in his blood after I killed Him. I woke up and it really freaked me out . What should I do

Ok, this is how I make sure I never have nightmares. I always tell myself before I go to sleep "You will not have a nightmare. You will not have a dream of anything scary. You will not have a dream about death."
And the only times I ever have nightmares are the nights that I forget to say it, so it really does work!
I guess if you put yourself in a confident state of mind that you won't dream about it the you won't.
I realized this about a year after my mom gave me my "Dream Bear"
I was a little kid and had a lot of nightmares, she broke out the bear and told me he would keep me from having bad dreams.
When I got older I realized that I didn't have any after that because I was confident that my Dream Bear would keep me from having them!
So try that out and tell me if it works for you, too!

Well at least he stopped coming after you. I have sliced up folks into bits and the bits keep trying to attack.
