Usually, I overeat when depressed but today I can't eat & feel nauseated just to think about food.

If you can make yourself eat small amounts it may increase your appetite. Even if it is not something very nutritious it will help give you calories and may "jump start" your appetite. I hope you feel better soon.

I have days where I don't want much either especially when it's so HOT. But not tonight....... I'm pigging out on Pizza because I've had a very high-stress day. Whew! Glad it's over.

I am not a Doctor or any kind of a specialist, but if it continues, you might want to see about a Sugar test. And you might want to try 4 or 5 smaller meals throughout the day, instead of 1 or 2 big meals. Just check with your Doctor or Medical professional.

I tend not to eat when I am depressed and/or stressed. What usually helps me is having a food I can drink, like chicken soup or Ensure.
