I think my belief in the Lord is the most "difficult". As we all know that are on this site, Christians, Mormons, J. W.'s, atheists, theists and all of us who have a personal reason to answers these questions, face an unrelenting crowd of stone throwers. But, in saying this, as a Christian, it is well worth it. I love to hear the thoughts and opinions, (most of them anyway), of those who are for or against my faith. Christianity definitely takes the brunt of the jokes and criticisms. But, I am up for it.

Kristal.... Ever since I was little, getting to "know" God's chosen, the Jews, within the OT, and then hearing about and reading about the Holocaust and so many hate filled groups and individuals speaking about how Jews were to blame for God killing in the OT and Jesus dying, etc.,...my heart would break in two...

...then, today, I was googling around doing some research after reading an answer about Jews here in R&S, and I read so many hate-filled things about them today before reaching anything positive about them!

I had kind of hoped that all that "hate" would have dissipated a bit, unfortunately, it seems just as strong now as it was when I first learned about them.

So, my choice is for a PEOPLE...because it doesn't seem to matter if Jews are following Judaism, Christianity, or anything else, people have preconceived idea's about them as a PEOPLE that they just can't seem to shake.

When the anti-christ comes, he will have to fool the majority of the most Holy of the Jews in order to be accepted...and, that alone is enough to feel pity and sorrow for them.

Peace be with you :)

The most difficult belief for me to have is that this life and all that happens in it has purpose. And yet I have to believe that to reason some of the horrible things that occur.

My money would be on being a member of the Church of Satan. Talk about some decent folk with a bad rap. Try putting that on a job application.

I want you to know, mooseback, that I went for a serious answer because I knew I couldn't top yours. Kudos, sir.

Some funny ones here. On the more serious side, nothing is too difficult when you're in love. When people are in love, it changes their perspective on whatever they do for the beloved. Nothing is too much for love and there is always time. Even persecution, losing one's civil rights, property, etc., and death is acceptable, an honor, a privilege.

The most difficult belief is to believe that the Christian Church that murdered my ancestors and thousands of others and the present day Christians that state we are Damned to hell or damn us to hell are normal, sane people.

Any belief. What's the point of belief other than to delude yourself into thinking you know something for which there is no evidence.

Paganism. They have been persecuted longer than anyone else. Even to this day. And yet Jesus said clearly "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone".

If you genuinely believe in something than you will not care what someone else thinks about you. Unless you have doubts about what you do believe. I believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
