A kidney (for anyone who needed one), blood (for any serious operation), bone marrow (mainly for leukimia), skin graft (for burn injuries or loss of much skin), hair (for leukemia or cancer patient), toes (to make up someones missing digits).

I would donate my hair for small children with any form of cancer.
I would donate a liver (part of one anyways)
I would give up a kidney or skin for skin grafts.
I would donate the goodness I feel for people as I could get that back on just who I am.

When I die all my body parts are up for grabs.. I am an organ donor..
Now, I would donate part of my liver, a kidney, etc. anything I don't need to live I would donate to someone who does need it.. I am on the organ donor list.. So far I have donated blood and platelets.. If the other bits are needed I am ready to donate them as well..
Wow I forgot hair I donate hair to Locks of Love.. Since my hair grows roughly 6 inches per year I am able to donate every couple of years as the minimum donation needs to be 10 inches long..

I don't know what I can donate other than a kidney and still live.
I do know that once I am done--It all goes. Have what you want.
I am an organ donor.
I want to be able to save some young childs mother some day.

I think it is allowed by the decision of ulamas board in Indonesia that someone could give donor of his/her body part such as kidney or heart for the sake of others who needs it very much. You can give it by a written statement if you have died.In line with Islam we will have a good deeds and rewards from Allah if we give something to help others. My nephew gave one of his kidney as donor to his father whose both kidneys in bad condition almost not function. Until now both of them still alive and they are muslims. The body of muslims are sacred but it can be donored to the needy persons. The dead body can not be destructed or destroyed without strong proper reason.Helping others is a must if we can until we died.Salam for you dear and do not worry about that. You will be blessed by Allah.

When I read this question, the first answer that came to me was "my heart!" so I can stop getting hurt and so I can stop this pain.
But thinking twice, I'd have to say whatever part was most needed by someone else. As long as it isn't my left hand, I use that quite often.

A kidney.
Or if they wanted my ovaries and uterus, they could have them. I'm not going to use them, and I wouldn't miss the monthly visit... ;)
My husband's response: "HAD to donate? Personally I'd rather kill the person who told me I HAD to donate, and they could have all of him."

A piece of my liver, (mine will grow back) or a kidney. I really only need one of my kidneys at the moment.
