I love food so much. But i can't seem too see myself too lose weight.

You lose weight without drugs, dieting or exercising the same way you get smart by not reading, paying attention, or thinking.

You're asking for something impossible. Either make the effort to lose weight, or embrace the fat lifestyle.

No shame in being fat. A lot of really cool people throughout history have been fat. Just make a choice you can live with.

Okay...I only started two Mondays ago and All I do is walk one hour every morning. I wear a calorie counter monitor to loose weight by the numbers. I have already lost one pant size and 10 pounds. I am a woman and have three kids and this is the method I use when I gain weight.. I am now at a size two and everyone is always amazed that I have had three kids. This is what I do below when I throw on a few extra pounds. It always works..No diet pills, no energy drinks..just me walking and getting the water I need. Of course I watch what I eat and the Lean Cuisine meals are great for that since the calories per box are 180 to 380 per box. Just make sure you eat healthy every three to four hours so your body will perform at its max.

Keep to a 1,200 food intake

Add 1,200 plus 3,500 (equals one pound of fat) ...and that is the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually really easy once you start watching the numbers and it doesn't seem like work or exercise. Its just a matter of changing the way you think about loosing weight.

I use this method when i gain some pounds. The first time I did this I went from 168 to 127

Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.

Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don't have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. To determine if you are getting enough water use this simple formula.. Take your weight, for example 150 pounds and divide by 2. Take your answer which is 75 lbs and change it to ounces, in this case 75 ounces. That is how many ounces of water you need a day. Your body performs mostly on water. If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.

Ok so no exercising and no pills? What's left..starvation but since you love food too much you are not going to do that are ya? Walking/jogging/running just 30 minutes a day will help you lose weight. So stop being lazy..30 minutes is easy.

Exercise is good, but not everybody likes to do it (I hate exercise) I lost 50 kilos in less than a year (without exercise) just eating fruits for breakfast (half banana, apple, mandarin, watermelon, kiwi) a lot of fruits and having a nice big lunch (all the things i like) and no eating dinner, but i didn't eat dinner because i am on a "diet" i just didn; eat because i was too full from my lunch that i wasn't hungry. On weekends i had/have big breakfast and big lunches, and still losing weight. I hope it helps you.

The only way you can lose weight without doing any exercise is by eating a healthy diet every single day. (Vegetables, fruits, and water) Stop eating junk food and other high calories food expecially chocolates. Try not to sit after a meal too. Eat vegetables. Hope this helps. :)

If you want to lose weight, you about have to exercise.

But it doesn't have to be something like a full-scale calisthenics work-out. Just plain walking will work. Or dancing, if that's your thing, or going swimming.

Try drinking lots of water to fill up. And try eating lots of little meals instead of a few big ones so you won't have the urge to binge. Keep something like apples, oranges, and carrots around for snacks.

Best way is the Weight watchers diet. I know from experience. I'm totally lazy too, but I went from 224 to 130 and hae kept it off for over 3 yrs. You still get to eat yummy stuff like M&M's, just in smaller portions.

I love food too, and I eat constantly. So it is a good thing I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week. I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

You can do the atkins diet. It kind of sucks, but I lost 8 lbs in just 5 days and did no exercise. Bad side was that I had very little energy those 5 days. Now that I have lost the 8 lbs I am going to lower my carb intake, but not as low as atkins requires and I will work out more. Good luck!
