Wow..this is a challenge. I've been cooking for 50 years and know what mashed pumpkin and aluminum foil is,...what are fish balls???

Must be big fish! Don't fish tend to have small balls?
As for what kind of meal.........hmmm, why not serve the mashed pumpkin in two different styles........one dish with butter, salt, and pepper, the other with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Feed the fish balls to the cat.

It is a tad early for Christmas, i suggest if that is all you plan to have around for dinner to go to a diner or restaurant and have them serve you.
