Does anyone know what type of workout Brady Quinn uses?

Well, since Mr. Quinn gets overpaid to play a game, I am guessing that he spends hours at the gym, in addition to all of the times he's on the football field playing. Just a hunch, since he does not have a desk job, sitting and working all day. Also, no telling what kind of "supplements" he may use.
