im 15 & i see grandma once a week. she takes me out to dinner & to the store. when were at the store, she puts her arm around me & holds my hand. what does that mean? she calls me honey & sweets. she buys me things & wipes the food off my face with her spit. haha does she really like me that much?

It may be alittle odd since you're 15, but humor her, she loves you and is trying to enjoy the time she has with you.

Thats grandma for you! Grandma tend to love their grand children way more than themselves. It makes them happy to be with you. And its an advantage for us grand children cause we get stuff outa it ;)
