It depends on the amount of money is spent on the card. You can get charged with theft, unauthorized use of a credit card and/or fraud. The charges can be upgraded to felonies if you spend over a certain amount of money, depending on the state which the crime is committed.

Keep in mind, when you authorize a transaction over the Internet, your IP address is captured and recorded. If fraud is reported on the card, the credit card company can request the customer record of the person whom was issued the IP address when the transaction was processed making it very easy to find you.

Theft and fraud. Think about it - what ever address you use to have the products shipped to is just going to point the police to the exact location to find you. Whatever it is you want so badly, it just isn't worth it for a criminal record.

That's just wrong. What if someone you do not know buys something with YOUR credit card? How would that make you feel? Just don't do it.
