Roast Beef Sandwich Roll
2 loaves (1 pound each) frozen bread dough, thawed
3/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
8 to 10 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef, julienned
2 cups (8 ounces) finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
Combine loaves of dough and shape into one ball. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 90 minutes. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the red pepper, onion, garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute or until vegetables are tender. Punch dough down. On a lightly floured surface, roll into a 15 x 12-inch rectangle. Combine the beef, cheese and red pepper mixture; spread over the dough to within 1/2 inch of edges. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long edge; pinch seams and ends to seal. Place seam side down on a lightly greased baking sheet.
In a small bowl, beat egg white and water; brush over dough. Cut a slit with a sharp knife in top of dough. Bake at 400° F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

This are very simple, but very creative. Good luck!

1. MY FAVORITE PARTY SANDWICH

1 loaf bread (with crusts removed and cut in halves)
1 can crushed pineapple
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. chopped nuts
Mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Use enough mayonnaise so that the mixture will be soft and easily spread on the bread, but not soggy.

-------------------------------------------------

Here is another one.

2. PARTY HAM SANDWICHES

1 1/2 to 2 sticks butter, melted

Add:

1 sm. grated onion or onion flakes
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. regular mustard

Buy shaved or very thin sliced ham, about 1/2 pound. Very thin slices of Swiss cheese (I get the deli to slice mine), about 1/2 to 3/4 pounds. 3 package Pepperidge Farm finger rolls.
Slice rolls in half. Spread sauce on each half. Add ham and cheese. May be returned to original roll packages and frozen until needed. Wonderful for when company comes to those hungry teenagers who never seem to get enough to eat. To serve, heat at 325 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes.

----------------------------------------------------------

One more is all.

3. PARTY SANDWICHES

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. catsup
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and use as filling on lightly buttered bread.
---------------------------------------------------

GOOD LUCK!
