will they get realli muscely or will they make them more thinner???

It depends. Are you thighs skinny already? Or are they "thunder thighs"? If they're fat to start with, they'll get skinnier. If they're already skinny, their size will increase a little bit but they'll be more toned. It takes a lot of excercises and eating lots of protiens in order to get the huge legs of body builders.

Do bigger repetitions on the workouts. Examples: Squats: 20, 15, 12 Lunges: 15, 12, 10 (each and each leg). you need to even do bigger reps than that. needless to say your weights would be very low, whether it may help tone up those cumbersome muscular tissues. comparable is going with your hands. additionally cardio could help, working/street cycling will build endurance muscular tissues and leaner muscle.

They will make your legs more toned up. You need to do cardio to lose the weight and lunges and squats will tone you up...however, be careful with the amount of weight you do with squats. They will make your but bigger...tight, but bigger.

They will take a nice shape, not bigger or thinner. Better and nicer looking.

They strengthen and tone your thighs and glutes, only protein can build muscle, exercises stretch and tone them, giving definition and burning fat.
