Im really stressed through alot of things what is one thing tha thelps stress. i go out with friends, take walks, journal and still it does nto seem to help too much. any other suggestions?

Well a good cardio workout will help some times. You know instead of walking try jogging some get the sweat going a little that helps some. I also play around on the computer. Like yahoo answers answering questions I get so lost in others questions that I sometimes forget my own issues. You could try renting a good comedy movie and watching that. The thing is what ever is causing you stress will continue to until you get it stopped. You have to find a way to remove the stress or deal with it. You might try reading a book you enjoy. I use to drink but that was a very bad way of dealing with stress. Yeah it helped for a few hours but the stress was there again the next day and on top of that I felt like crap!! So just play around with good healthy ways and find a way that works best for you. Good luck sweet heart !! :)

Slow down, you move too fast...
Get some rest. It might help to take walks before you go to bed. Sleep is proably best. You should consider what it is that is keeping your active mind from resting.
I would not suggest an Rx, but do suggest you consult a doc.

I tend to sit at this computer because I like to do this forum and blog. Find something you are best at and do it. Find Creativity within yourself and run wild. Paint a wall, make a house out of Popsicle sticks.

okay when i am stressed out i turn on the radio and dance to w/e upbeat song possible. Sing low, whisper, SCREAM! whatever gets the stress out!! =D

Learn to meditate. Self hypnosis (learn from a pro or doctor) .

oh lilbit, the only thing that relives me is when I get down on my knees, and pray to the Lord to give me strength...I listen to bible stories on the radio...and it really seems to give me hope, when all else has failed...that is when you start feeling better, like there is still hope, and you know that your Father, will take care of the problems ...I hope you can find some kind of relaxation...i also love to go fishing...that is really relaxing...take care sweetie, hope you feel better.

umm you ng to www.healthyplace.com and go to chat they have different rooms for different problems and it really help to just talk seriously even if you arnt a chat room type person you should go it really helps
