If so, do you think it will matter to most?

I believe God is going to open up as many different ways it takes to let people know He is real. There's a progression of His signs in Revelations. It's as if each one gets more and more drastic, more and more supernatural, but in the end, as hard as it is to fathom, there will still be un-believers, and those who know God exists, but still refuse to surrender.

As for archeology, I think we're still in for some doozies. Take a look at the Dead Sea Scrolls. Such great evidence for having confidence that the OT I'm reading today is still the same as it was thousands of years ago.

But will it matter to most? No...because some folk will just plain refuse to change their mind because they have already decided they will not "convert". It's the pre-determined decision of will a person "convert" so many use to guide whether they will or will not believe any evidence presented.

You bet there will be more and more evidences of God's existance and the Word of God will become more and more validated.

You see, God created all and He desires ALL to return to Him. He made that provision by coming in flesh so that the gap, which sin created, would NO longer seperate us from Him!

His divine love and movements in this world will become more and more visable as He tries to open the many closed eyes. Proofs will be given but, man will label and try to disprove them by use of scientific "theory." Pseudo intelligence will cause many to just follow the way of the world and that is satan's "game." However, God does make a way for all and His truths are in the Bible so that we may know Him, "see" Him and "Hear" Him. Noone is left out...provision is for all!

The proofs, well if they cannot be worked out scientifically, man will label it as a "rare" occurance and those who follow the ways of the world, will be fooled by the ruler of this world...satan!

You know, the Bible could be as accurate as any archeology textbook today in that regard and it would not prove one iota as to the actual existance or identity of a God. Those are two completely unrelated topics altogether.

edit: The Son of Man (the one just below me, that is) said it again. The archeology is not proof of divinity.

I think many things will be found that confirm things. Who knows they may even find Solomons mines, or the Arc of the covenant. Will it alter the origins of life? Of course not.

The best reason to not believe in the 100% accuracy of the Bible is the fact that God doesn't lie by planting stones that look like bones to confuse mankind. On the other hand man will lie to further an agenda even if it's about what they think is the truth.

I believe more will be found, just as the truth about creation has been increased. It won't matter to very many. Even so called Christians discount most of the Bible. So Sad.

Grains of truth such as historical events cannot prove the existence of a god, which is the biggest hurdle. Leaps of faith are what bridge the wide gap between religion and science for believers. Nonbelievers cannot make such leaps from reason and require hard tangible scientific evidence.

The last days of the earth is about 1 billion years away when the sun implodes--& no historic facts match the Bible.

I really don't think that we need it, but there are some things that haven't occurred that were prophesied about.

I look almost everyday for new stuff. I eagerly await anything new. The thing is, we have so much already that the one's who are convinced that the Bible isn't true wont care if they find anything at all. Atheists are notorious for ignoring scientific fact. Especially here.

If I went to Baker Street in London (a place that exists in real life) should I therefore conclude that Sherlock Holmes really existed? I think not. Of course the Bible probably has some facts in it, but then so do pretty much all works of fiction.

"archeological proof that the Bible is accurate"

Proof a certain city existed is not proof supernatural sky daddy exists and judges us all. See also most works of fiction.
