There is a nice restaurant in Lake Success on Union Turnpike, just east of Lakeville Road. I haven't been there in awhile so I don't know much about it. Sorry I don't know the name, if you are in the area you should stop there and take a look.
Also you can look into Villa d’Este at 186 Jericho Turnpike in Floral Park (phone number (516) 354-1355). Web site http://www.villadesterestaurant.com/mainPAGE.html. I ate there about a month ago and it was very nice.
