Do you think that 18 year old girl is too young to get engaged and also a boy is 24 years old. Is this a big difference of age. Please let me know what do you of it.

Engaged, no. As long as it's a very long engagement. However it's certainly too young to get married. No 18 year old knows who they are and hasn't made a life for themselves so they have no life to share with someone.
Of course there is nothing but common sense preventing them from getting married and how many 18 year olds have that? Everyone at 18 'thinks' they're 100% ready to do it all and there's a 0% chance of convincing them otherwise.
You can see it in the arguments being tossed around here that people are completely disconnected from reality on this.
"Love has no age"
"18=25"
"It's the same as 70/76"
None of these could be farther from reality or reason and yet every 18 year truly believes it.

Depends on the maturity level. I had a friend who got engaged at 18 and I'm 20 years old, dating a 28 year old who I started seeing last year.
Love has no age, I wouldn't worry about it if you guys have been together long enough to be thinking about marriage.

I definately think that 18 is waaay to young to get engaged. She may think that she is in love and ready, but she still has soooo much to learn and experience.

its not a big age difference.. the question is... Why are you thinking about marriage so early?!.. Please enjoy your life and being young. I'm in my thirties and I got married in my teens too. I was 18. I wish I could take it back .It not been good for me. I would advise u to go to college, get ur own place and travel before marriage and kids.. Have fun being young.. PLEASE!!!!!

well its six years... i think you should wait a lil while. make sure its what you really want. i mean age is just a # to me. im turning 16 & my boyfriend is 19. if he's the one then you know he'll be around, & it shouldnt matter when u are engaged. but just go with your heart.

Normally girls mature 7 yrs faster than guys, so 18+7=25, now what do u think?

no its not too much of a difference --- think about it at 50/56 --- 70/76 --- if you care for each other then dont let age stop you --- best wishes
