I'm in the process of getting a Yorkie and would like to know how much its first sets of shots would cost. I'm not sure if he's neutured.

Check with your vet. My vet offers a puppy plan for $255.00, normal cost would be over $400.00. The puppy plan covers all checkups, worming and all shots until the pup has had everything up through the first rabies shot. Also get a discount on the microchip. Maybe your vet has something similar.
Also the cost will depend on where you live. I am in Silicon Valley, the high rent district.

I have a yorkiepoo
and the vet gave me the following price:

1)Basic Shot $50
2)Kennel Cough $21
3)Heartworm pills $25
4)Rabies $21

My dogs first visit was about $120. That included:

6 months of Heartguard
4 months of advantix
Heartworm test
Lyme disease test
Lyme vaccination
Rabies vaccination
Distemper vaccination
Kennel Cough vaccination
Microchipping

You can do them yourself for about five dollars. The vet would cost about a hundred.

They will vary in your area but altogether I paid $350 for my dogs sots
