How To Deal With an Older Sister?

i am 13 my sister started doing drugs about 6 years ago
i found out about 2 years ago and tlked to my parents about it 1 year ago, since then we moved to a small town in missouri and put her in a cstar program, an outpatient support group however she moved back with her granparents but she was skipping schooll so my mother picked her up during school and took her to another all girls inpatient rehab type thing called teen challenge however when we visited last she threatened to run away so my mother took her home after 4 months of the 15 included in the program i thoought she would be better with me when she came back however since then she has only been abusive to me, she has stopped doing drugs i think but she is very irritable and untolerable and all she does is borrow things from me and take alot of things and not give anything not, 5 minutes but i have been diagnosed with odd and add bipolar disorder and my parents just dont take me seriously and side with her, what can i do?

Well,if I was in your place I would just ignore her and not care that my parents are against me.Just know that you're not like your sister.I know, I know that you can't help but care about your sister,but you gotta be selfish sometimes.

do like you did before sit and talk to them and tell them what is going on and why. they will listen she is probably doing drugs again and when she doens't have them is mean.
