what is the military discharge code if you were released from the navy becuase of not scoring high on the test

which test, the promotion exam? it would be a regular Honorable discharge, with an RE code that indicates High Year Tenure. this is, of course, assuming that there were no other factors, such as popping hot on a pee test or being Courts Martialed.
