I was trying to play a DVD on my laptop and there was a message on my computer screen which says.......?

Question

You must have DVD software installed on your computer to play DVDs. Please ensure the DVD software that come with your computer or DVD is properly installed, before attempting to play your DVD.

So now what do I do?
I dont have any software with me?

(I have real player with me, but it did not work)

From where do I down load the software?
Which software to download?

Or any thing else I need to do. Please tell me.

You need to install a media player which can play DVD's. There are several free media players. If you are using Windows OS, you can use the free Windows Media Player, the latest version is WMP 11. Other good alternatives are include Winamp and VLC media player. You can find all 3 at http://www.filehippo.com/software/multimedia/
