I normally do everyday. The Bible says to, so I do. It also says pray for our leaders, which I do too.

No. I cannot.

You see, praying for something like that crosses a couple of wires:

1) I believe that when Israel sees peace, the Antichrist will have his day. I believe he will make a 7 year peace pact with Israel that he will go back on halfway through.

2) Praying for peace in Israel would be like me praying to keep Christ off the cross. Good intention, but spiritually blind.

Rather I would pray for those who are His. The one's that God is drawing in towards Jesus, like He did me. I don't care if they are Jewish or Muslim or Zoroastrian or Atheist, there are people who God is drawing to Jesus. They are the one's I pray for. I am more likely to pray for the Christians who are persecuted in Malaysia and that area.

I hope that I didn't offend you with the 'spiritually blind' statement.

Unlike some religions in christianity we can pray until the LORD as many times a day as we feel like it and pray for whatever we want, not just praying to GOD (x #) times a day and praying for world peace is truly my daily motive: i pray every morning when i wake up, eat, cry, mad, happy, thankful, whatever it may be and my mother told me some ppl may have bad attitudes and rude but pray for all living and all of life

So yes i they are in my prayers

Peace be with you.

sorry to say, no. I'd like to pray whenever I hear about them in the news. I get a newsletter mailed to me everyday and it usually reminds me to pray for them, but I must admit sometimes I read Israel in vain and not pray for them. I'm asking God to change me, grow me in faith and I will be more consistent in prayer for them because God is faithful to answer my prayers.

No, I'm sorry. I don't pray for that enough. I have so many other things that I pray for first. I'll have to pray for them more often.

Yes we do that, and every christian should be doing that, as that is what God commands us to do. If we will all just follow the Bible and do as God says, we will stay in His blessing. God bless you for the question.
