i tried my recycle bin but its not in there!

Your best bet is to use Windows system restore to undo the uninstall. Just choose a restore point which precedes your uninstall. To get to system restore, go to Start Menu > Help and Support > Undo changes to your computer with System Restore >

check your recycle bin if it's there yes if it's not there your gonna have to buy the disk.
