I got two moving violations on July 18, 2005 doing 20 mph over the speed limit. Is there a trucking company out there that will give me a chance for employment with only those two violations? If there is someone out there that knows the industry please help me out!

Pretty serious moving violations there, 20 over. 85 in a 65. If you have two unknowns before you, just starting their career, both graduates of truck driving school, one with a clear driving history and one with 2 moving violations, who would you hire? I bet it's still affecting your insurance rate too. Well, only another year until they hopefully disappear off your record.

Well, you did go to truck driving school. No doubt they informed you of the rules for driving on the road. Anybody that would hire you would probably put you on down the list, and if and when your name did come up you might want to question why they would want to hire you in spite of your MVR.
