Just wondering who here is a police officer and what you enjoy about the job and what you don't enjoy. Whats the variety like and how stressfull can it get? Cheers. :D

After having been in law enforcement for over thirty years....I still go to work knowing that I am doing it to make my community a better place to live!
The job is not always chasing criminals...but involves helping those in need. Such as the stranded person on the highway who can't help themselves or the finding the parents of a child that's strayed away!
Those who watch the reality shows only see a small portion of what transpires on a daily basis of being "on the job!"

I enjoy chasing after bad guys, and love pursuit chase, it's exciting. What I don't enjoy is when I'm on lunch break, and order food like Inn N Out, etc., people tense up, i mean I'm just like them, but in uniform. Stressful is being sued by the bad guy.

If You would like to fight and sometimes shoot on criminals, it's one of the most rewarding jobs. You have the unique chance of extinguishing the bad guys. I recommand You watch "Cops" on Reality Channel ("Zone reality").

its proper decent man ennit. u get power over everyone, u get entry into everythin. all the places that are closed off mysteriously, u can check it out and not be kept in the dark. plus u can do minor offences and get away with it. join us, join us, join us JOIN US NOW!!!!
